We stand strong together and accept that through this emotional time we learn and we live in the memory of our loved ones. We start as a seed and we grow into a tree rooted into the ground. When we pass we leave memories in the hands of our families, each leaf a strand of our love. The journey we will offer is living holistically, with conventional hospital care and guidance until your final moments, we are the tree of life… Palliative care comes in many forms and is not just about end-of-life care, we will help rehabilitate patients who have the need for post operative care and those with life threatening illnesses who will be nursed back to a better standard of living. In some cases we will act as a half-way facility between hospital and going home, where the families and patients will live together, being taught how to care correctly for the patient. Many families become anxious about the homecoming of their loved one and this will lighten the path to their wellbeing.”

The Seed
“I came up with the concept to make our journey to death as celebrated as birth. I found sitting in an uncomfortable chair whilst waiting for my loved one to pass was cold and fractured by emotion. Our aim is to make that journey an enlightening process. At The Life Care Hub you will have the option to stay with your loved ones until the final moment, with 24hr traditional nursing and holistic care. This will be a memorable voyage, one built on love. Over the period of the patient’s stay they will be given the opportunity to talk, to share and to encourage the loved ones they are leaving behind to be strong; sharing stories, navigated by trained counsellors who will offer help where needed and give your family and/or guardian the tools to cope. Our grief counsellors will start the process before the passing; with pre and post grief counselling, we hope to fill part of the emptiness.
